These actions shall be held in compliance with all applicable laws of the State of California. In this agreement the word “customer?and “consumer?shall be used to identify the purchasing party who agrees to buy merchandise sold by Solar Core Biometric Devices.

Order Information: A confirmation email will be sent to you upon successful completion of the checkout process outlining the terms and conditions of you purchase. Please examine, sign and return this agreement so that your order will be processed. A second email with your invoice number shall be sent to you confirming your order, shipping charges, applicable taxes and the terms and conditions of our agreement. All web paid orders shall be shipped out promptly.
All order are delivered via, UPS, Fed-X, APEX (China to US) or USPS at the customer’s expense, which shall be specified in the agreement terms and conditions.

Upon receiving and validating your order all credit card purchases will be processed for approval and authorization. Consumer retail purchases via our website are processed daily within 24 hours. Credit Terms: Solar Core reserves the rights to extend additional credit terms and conditions to its customer based on previous business relations develop between Solar Core and the customer. Solar Core reserves the rights to offer or refuse any/all credit terms to the customer based on the customer’s current financial standing. In which in most cases the customer is required to develop a paying history with Solar prior to any extension of credit terms.
Sales Tax: Sales tax shall be applied to all orders unless a certificate of exemption is presented to Solar Core upon order conformation. All retailers and wholesalers?are required by law to render the applicable taxes for all purchases of consumer goods and products except when a certificate of exemption is presented to the seller (Solar Core). All sales shall automatically include any/all applicable taxes, which an amount of 8.25% on all purchases within the State of California.
Shipping Policy: All commercial and wholesales order are delivered 10 - 14 business days (excluding weekends, State and Federal holidays) after order approval and processing. Consumer retail orders are delivered 7 business days after order approval and processing. All orders received on Friday or weekend holidays shall be shipped out the next business day. Business day delivery service excludes state and federal holidays and weekends.
Note: Due to incorrect addressing of the packages our courier(s) may hold your parcel for one extra day at their designated storage facility to correct such errors in delivery, if the shipping addresses provided by the customers is not complete and accurate. Under these circumstances, you the customer will incur additional charges for storage and redirecting shipping cost. In all cases Solar Core shall act as a default delivery location in the event additional time is required to establish the correct point/place of delivery of customer’s merchandise.
In the event an address correction service becomes necessary Solar Core reserves the right to charge customer any/all expenses relative to cost of storage and redirecting of purchased merchandise. Solar Core reserves the right(s) to apply any/all additional expenses to the customer’s credit card account, which may appear approximately 4 to 6 weeks from the product arrival date. Due to variable billings and accounting systems of our courier(s)/deliverer’s any additional delivery/shipping/storage cost may be billed to your credit card at a later date. In most cases a Solar Core representative will make attempt(s) to contact you and inform your company of such charges as needed. It is customer's responsibility to provide the accurate shipping address at the time of order to eliminate any unnecessary shipment delay and charges. Please note that merchandise cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes as all orders must be sent to a physical business or residential address, in which all orders require signature upon receipt. **FOR NEXT DELIVERY via UPS Next Day Air, Please contacts your Solar Core representative for prompt notification as to not delay your order process and/or follow-up your call with email notification. If you choose the next business day service, you’re required to provide advanced payment of all additional shipping charges. Upon approval of shipping arrangement you will receive a tracking number when your order has been shipped. (You can track your NEXT DAY BUSINESS ORDER via internet access sites provided by; Federal Express and UPS etc.)
Return Policy: We accept returns / exchanges on defective merchandise only. No refunds. We will exchange the defective merchandise or give you a store credit to be used on your next order as long as the following conditions are met: Defective items must be reported to us within (2) days of the date of receipt and returned no later than (7) days of the date of receipt.
All return should be accompanied by an RAN number to prevent incurring additional storage fees. Prior to returning any purchase you must contact Solar Core by telephone, email and/or fax to receive a (RAN #)(RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER) and shipping instructions. Please display RAN number labeling on the top and side(s) (two sides of the packaged box) when returning defective package merchandise. Without a RAN number your returns are considered an unauthorized return and will be subject to storage charges and/or a restocking fee in the amount for 15% of the purchased price.
All returns must be in their original condition including damaged or defective items. Any merchandise return to Solar Core which is not in its original packaged material will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. All credits are in store credit usable for purchasing of additional products or new products. All credits will include the cost of shipping merchandise from customer’s location. All returns shall be shipped via US Postal Services (US Mail only unless authorized by a Solar Core representative). The original shipping cost will not be included in this credit unless 100% of the purchased merchandise is defective or damaged. All return items must be received within 20 days of receipt and returned prepaid and insured by the customer for the full amount/value of return merchandise and delivered by a reputable carrier such as US Postal Service, UPS or FedEx.
No refunds or exchanges are provided on closeout items.
INSURANCE AND RETURN RECEIPTS: THE AVAILABILITY OF INSURING AND REGISTERING DELIVERIES (DEPARTURES AND RETURNS) DEPENDS ON THE COUNTRY OF ORIGIN AND RECEIPT. ALL CUSTOMERS AGREE HOLD HARMLESS SOLAR CORE, ITS AFFILIATES AND SUBSIDARIES OF ANY COST ARISING DUE TO NEGLEGANCE OF THE CUSTOMER DUE TO FAILURE TO INSURE OR REGISTER ORDERED MERCHANDISE DURING THE SHIPPING PROCESS VIA ITS COURIERS/DELIVERY SERVICES. SOLAR CORE DOES NOT WARRANT NOR INDORSE THE SECURITY OF ITS COURIERS/DELIVERY AGENTS AS THE CUSTOMER AGREES TO RELEASE, INDEMIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS SOLAR CORE, ITS AFFILIATES AND SUBSIDARY OF ANY COST ARISING DUE TO LOST OR DAMAGED MERCHANDISE DURING SHIPMENT WITHOUT LIMITATION TO INCLUDE: MARKETING EXPENSES,EMPLOYEE WAGES, LOSS OF REVENUE BY CUSTOMER’S COMPANY, AFFILIATE(S) OR SUBSIDIARIES, ADVERTISMENT EXPENSES, TRAVEL, FRIEGHT, INSURANCE FEES, LEGAL FEES AND ALL OTHER EXPENSES DERIVING FROM THE RESULTS OF UNINSURED OR UNREGISTERED MERCHANDISE WITHOUT LIMITATIONS TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW(S) OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA.
IN THE EVENT MERCHANDISE IS LOST IN THE PROCESS OF SHIPPING AND DELIVERY SOLAR CORE WILL ACT ON BEHALF OF THE CUSTOMER, AS AID IN THE RECOVERY OF THE LOST PROPERTY. SOLAR CORE WILL ONLY REPRESENT THAT CUSTOMER WITH REGISTERED AND INSURED MERCHANDISE, BUT WILL NOT ASSUME LIABILITY OF SAID PROPERTY OF THE CUSTOMER. SOLAR CORE WILL ACT AS AN AID ASSISTING THE CUSTOMER IN THE RECOVERY PROCESS AS SO LONG AS THE ASSISTANCE OF THE CUSTOMER DOES NOT IMPEDE SOLAR CORE BUSINESS PRACTICE OR CREATE A FINANCIAL LOSS TO SOLAR CORE IN THE EFFORTS OF PARTICIPATION.
INSURANCE CLAIMS: All customer claims will submitted to its courier(s)/delivery agents in an effort to resolve and recovery any/all if any financial losses have occurred. Solar Core will not render assistance in the recovery of customer managed shipping/deliveries. Solar Core will not participate in any matters of the property security or recovery after merchandise has been delivered to the agreed and contracted location of customer’s choice. Solar Core will not credit customer's account until the insurance claim(s) have successfully been resolved, and Solar Core receives funding from the courier due lost, damaged or stolen purchased merchandise. Please note that some of our courier agents requires a 60 ?90 day waiting period prior to submitting an insurance claim.
Trademarks, Copyrights and User Rights: You may use the "Solar Core" name and Solar Core’s product names solely for the purpose of accurately identifying Solar Core Biometric Devices, Inc. a subsidiary of Solar Core Promotional Products, Inc. you market and/or sell under this Agreement. You agree to change or correct, at your own expense, any material or activity that Solar Core decides is inaccurate, objectionable or misleading or a misuse of Solar Core’s name, trademarks, service marks, or Solar Core’s logos or copyrighted works. You may not use the Solar Core name nor Solar Core Biometric Devices, Inc., its affiliates, subsidiaries, parent company, supplier, manufacturers, marketing nor distributors names for any other purpose.
You may not use other Solar Core trademarks or service marks, any content appearing on Solar Core’s web site, or Solar Core logos or copyrighted works, at any time. Governing Laws: THE PARTIES AGREE THAT THIS AGREEMENT, ANY SALES THERE UNDER, OR ANY CLAIM, DISPUTE OR CONTROVERSY (WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE, WHETHER PREEXISTING, PRESENT OR FUTURE, AND INCLUDING STATUTORY, COMMON LAW, AND EQUITABLE CLAIMS) BETWEEN CUSTOMER AND SOLAR CORE ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THIS AGREEMENT, ITS INTERPRETATION, OR THE BREACH, TERMINATION OR VALIDITY THEREOF, THE RELATIONSHIPS WHICH RESULT FROM THIS AGREEMENT, SOLAR CORE’S ADVERTISING, OR ANY RELATED PURCHASE(S) SHALL BE GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF CALIFORINIA TO BE DECIDED IN A COURT OF LAW.
Privacy: Any personal information such as your name, phone number, address, e-mail address, products purchased, etc, obtained through the Product Order Forms, the Contact Us forms, or any other media is private, and is maintained by Solar Core in a secure and protected environment, and is never sold, solicited or released to any third parties.

SOLAR CORE DOES NOT WARRANT NOR INDORSE THE SECURITY OF ITS COURIERS/DELIVERY AGENTS AS THE CUSTOMER AGREES TO RELEASE, INDEMIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS SOLAR CORE, ITS AFFILIATES AND SUBSIDARY OF ANY COST ARISING DUE TO LOST OR DAMAGED MERCHANDISE DURING SHIPMENT WITHOUT LIMITATION TO INCLUDE: MARKETING EXPENSES,EMPLOYEE WAGES, LOSS OF REVENUE BY CUSTOMER’S COMPANY, AFFILIATE(S) OR SUBSIDIARIES, ADVERTISMENT EXPENSES, TRAVEL, FRIEGHT, INSURANCE FEES, LEGAL FEES AND ALL OTHER EXPENSES DERIVING FROM THE RESULTS OF UNINSURED OR UNREGISTERED MERCHANDISE WITHOUT LIMITATIONS TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW(S) OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA.
IN THE EVENT MERCHANDISE IS LOST IN THE PROCESS OF SHIPPING AND DELIVERY SOLAR CORE WILL ACT ON BEHALF OF THE CUSTOMER, AS AID IN THE RECOVERY OF THE LOST PROPERTY. SOLAR CORE WILL ONLY REPRESENT THAT CUSTOMER WITH REGISTERED AND INSURED MERCHANDISE, BUT WILL NOT ASSUME LIABILITY OF SAID PROPERTY OF THE CUSTOMER. SOLAR CORE WILL ACT AS AN AID ASSISTING THE CUSTOMER IN THE RECOVERY PROCESS AS SO LONG AS THE ASSISTANCE OF THE CUSTOMER DOES NOT IMPEDE SOLAR CORE BUSINESS PRACTICE OR CREATE A FINANCIAL LOSS TO SOLAR CORE IN THE EFFORTS OF PARTICIPATION.
INSURANCE CLAIMS: All customer claims will submitted to its courier(s)/delivery agents in an effort to resolve and recovery any/all if any financial losses have occurred. Solar Core will not render assistance in the recovery of customer managed shipping/deliveries. Solar Core will not participate in any matters of the property security or recovery after merchandise has been delivered to the agreed and contracted location of customer’s choice. Solar Core will not credit customer's account until the insurance claim(s) have successfully been resolved, and Solar Core receives funding from the courier due lost, damaged or stolen purchased merchandise. Please note that some of our courier agents requires a 60 ?90 day waiting period prior to submitting an insurance claim.
Trademarks, Copyrights and User Rights: You may use the "Solar Core" name and Solar Core’s product names solely for the purpose of accurately identifying Solar Core Biometric Devices, Inc. a subsidiary of Solar Core Promotional Products, Inc. you market and/or sell under this Agreement. You agree to change or correct, at your own expense, any material or activity that Solar Core decides is inaccurate, objectionable or misleading or a misuse of Solar Core’s name, trademarks, service marks, or Solar Core’s logos or copyrighted works. You may not use the Solar Core name nor Solar Core Biometric Devices, Inc., its affiliates, subsidiaries, parent company, supplier, manufacturers, marketing nor distributors names for any other purpose.
You may not use other Solar Core trademarks or service marks, any content appearing on Solar Core’s web site, or Solar Core logos or copyrighted works, at any time. All contents of Solar Core’s web site are the property of Solar Core and shall not be used without written authorization from Solar Core. You are prohibited from referring to yourself as an authorized reseller of Solar Core, implying that you and Solar Core are partners, creating the impression that Solar Core is affiliated with you or has sponsored, authorized, approved or endorsed your business, or any offer or any marketing, advertising or promotion thereof. You may not register or use any domain name or business name containing or confusingly similar to any name or mark of Solar Core. Governing Laws: THE PARTIES AGREE THAT THIS AGREEMENT, ANY SALES THERE UNDER, OR ANY CLAIM, DISPUTE OR CONTROVERSY (WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE, WHETHER PREEXISTING, PRESENT OR FUTURE, AND INCLUDING STATUTORY, COMMON LAW, AND EQUITABLE CLAIMS) BETWEEN CUSTOMER AND SOLAR CORE ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THIS AGREEMENT, ITS INTERPRETATION, OR THE BREACH, TERMINATION OR VALIDITY THEREOF, THE RELATIONSHIPS WHICH RESULT FROM THIS AGREEMENT, SOLAR CORE’S ADVERTISING, OR ANY RELATED PURCHASE(S) SHALL BE GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF CALIFORINIA TO BE DECIDED IN A COURT OF LAW.
Privacy: Any personal information such as your name, phone number, address, e-mail address, products purchased, etc, obtained through the Product Order Forms, the Contact Us forms, or any other media is private, and is maintained by Solar Core in a secure and protected environment, and is never sold, solicited or released to any third parties.
